Sara comes to you from Calgary, Alberta, Canada and offers a unique approach to all things yoga. With the combination of classic yoga postures and mobility exercises, her students are progressing further than they have in years! With over 8 years of teaching experience and a diploma in Massage Therapy, Sara has applied her knowledge of anatomy and physiology with her experience on the podium to help her students age with grace and live a pain-free life.
Michelle comes to you from Los Cabos, Mexico and with so many years of teaching experience. Michelle began her career teaching high school math for over 15 years and during that time became curious about yoga & pilates. In 2010, she earned her mat and reformer Pilates certification then went on to become a Bikram Yoga teacher in 2011 and in 2014 completed her 200 RYT Vinayasa Yoga training. She really has it all (even the corny math jokes)! Michelle is excited to share her love for yoga and pilates and to reconnect with her students around the globe.
